EDUCATIONAL CORPS
Torch is the bi-annual journal for the Royal Army Educational Corps Association which includes both serving and retired members of the Corps.
The Educational and Training Services Branch of the Adjutant General Corps provides education to serving personnel wherever they are based around the world, whether in barracks or on operations.
It provides, through a network of Army Education Centres, a broad range of educational opportunities including advice and guidance, courses for promotion, personal development and Basic Skills.
Torch is published twice a year in June and November
