‘Euston Rural Pastimes’ the fantastic rural show on Sunday 7 June, 2009 is granted by kind permission of their Graces, The Duke and Duchess of Grafton at Euston Park, near Thetford, Norfolk.
This annual event, which draws crowds of up to 15,000 people, embraces all areas of rural interest with sporting and historical pastimes. There will be a country fair, old time rally, vintage and classic car and motorcycles, steam and traction engines, heavy horse show, farmers market plus loads of exhibitors and displays from rural crafts through to archery, children’s funfair and live music with beer tent. This is a great day out for all the family and entrance to the event is £6 for adults, children under 12 - £2 and children under five free and free parking.
This event is supported by the Station Commander at RAF Honington as Station staff assist heavily with the setting up, supply of equipment and support.
The official programme for this event is A4 in size with a glossy board cover and is full colour throughout. The editorial content for the programme is compiled by the Rural Pastimes Committee and participating performers. Booking early is advisable as advertising space is limited.
